KrishBags - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or purchasing from http://KrishBags.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products 

KrishBags sells bags, backpacks, and trolley luggage. We strive to display colors and specifications accurately. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen, and manufacturing.

3. Pricing & Payment 

- All prices are in INR and include GST. 

- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets only. 

- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). 

  

4. Orders & Cancellations 

- Order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp/SMS after successful payment. 

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, before shipment and only if payment has not been processed for shipping. 

- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery 

- Pan-India shipping: 3-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary by location and courier. 

- Shipping charges will be shown at checkout. 

- Please check the package at delivery. For damaged parcels, contact us within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video.

6. Returns & Refunds 

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery as per our [Return & Refund Policy]. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality check.

7. Guarantee & Warranty

KrishBags products come with manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. 

6 months of guarantee and warranty is provided which will be absolutely free of cost.

8. Intellectual Property 

All content, logos, images, and designs on http://KrishBags.com are owned by KrishBags. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
