These terms apply when you buy from krishbags.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

KrishBags makes and sells bags from Goregaon West, Mumbai. We have been making bags since 1976.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price you see on the product page is the price of the bag. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy that bag. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and take payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Stock

We try to keep stock counts correct. Very occasionally an item may sell out at the same moment you order it. If that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.

Product photos and descriptions

We photograph our own bags and describe them as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. If a bag arrives and it is clearly not what was shown, tell us within 7 days.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Returns

Returns are set out in our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Our bags carry a 6 month warranty against making defects. What is covered, what is not, and how to claim are all set out on our Warranty page.

Please do not copy our photos, text or designs without asking us first. Please do not use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with other people using it.
