Every KrishBags bag carries a 6 month warranty against making defects. We stitch our bags ourselves in our own factory in Goregaon West, Mumbai. If something we made goes wrong, we put it right.
What is covered
- Zip failure
- Straps coming off or tearing at the joint
- Stitching coming apart
- Buckles and clips breaking
What is not covered
- Cuts, burns and tears from use
- Normal wear over time
- Colour fading in the sun
- Damage caused by airlines or couriers
- Damage from overloading the bag beyond its size

How long it takes
We reply the same day, Monday to Sunday, between 10am and 9pm. Once we have your photos we will tell you how long the repair or replacement will take.
Warranty starts from
The 6 months run from the day your bag is delivered to you.
