How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 149 on every order, anywhere in India.
How long will my bag take to reach me?
We deliver across India in 4 to 7 working days. We send your tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Do you really make your own bags?
Yes. We have our own factory in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with our own workers. We do not buy from anyone else and resell.
What does the 6 month warranty cover?
It covers making faults from our side, which means the zip, the straps, the stitching and the buckles. It does not cover cuts, burns, normal wear or damage caused by airlines. Full details are on our Warranty page.
How do I claim the warranty?
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 77188 20959 with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will tell you the next step.
Can I return a bag?
If the bag reaches you damaged, tell us within 7 days and we will sort it out. The bag must be unused and in its original packing.
Which size should I pick?
Every bag page lists the size in inches under Bag details. Our Bag Size Guide explains what those sizes hold in real terms.
Will my laptop fit?
Any bag we call a laptop backpack or office bag has a padded compartment made for a laptop. Message us with your laptop model and we will tell you for certain.
Do you take bulk orders for schools or offices?
Yes, and we do it often. Message us on WhatsApp with how many bags you need and we will send you a price. See our Bulk Orders page.
