Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India.

How long it takes

Your bag reaches you in 4 to 7 working days. We dispatch Monday to Saturday.

Delivery charge

Delivery is ₹199 on every order, anywhere in India.

Tracking your order

We send you a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77188 20959 with your order number and we will send it again.

If your tracking has not moved

Couriers sometimes do not scan a parcel for a day or two even though it is moving. If nothing has updated for more than three days, message us and we will chase the courier for you.

If you miss the delivery

Couriers usually try again the next working day. If you missed a delivery, message us and we will arrange another attempt.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
